  Roger Bate
  The mortar they used didnt meet masonary mortar standards and is eroding.
  They have refused to repoint and seem to me to be intent on doing as little as possible rather than bringing the property up to standard.
  Post completion we have been treated simply as an inconvenient problem not a customer to be kept happy. No real acceptance that it was their quality management and/or decision to subcontract that caused the issue.
  So far 18 months of hell if I were to consider buying again I would run a mile from Wainhomes.
